A Good Woman...

How many of you out there can honestly say you have a good spouse? Not one that you have just learned to accept, but honestly say and feel that they are good to you? I can. I have a wonderful wife. I think one of her greatest virtues is her patience, with me at least, cause everybody knows she has trouble being patient with everything and everyone else! It must take an awful lot of love to be able to be patient with someone like me; someone who changes their likes and dislikes at the drop of hat.

Dallas and I have been married for a little over two years and known each other for about 14 years, and we still learn new things about each other all the time. The most recent discovery is that someone can say something to us and we both take it a different way. For a while this used to casue a lot of problems because the differences were there, but we didn't discuss the difference in thought, we just got frustrated that the other one wasn't on the same page. Through a lot of patience on both our parts, we have learned to work through this difference and actually make it a strength, instead of a weakness.

I am so lucky to have a woman like her. (Dallas, go grab a tissue. I know you're reading this and crying.)
